Opt-Out and Opt-In Rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), beginning January 1, 2020, California residents have the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information about them or their household, such as (though not limited to) their name, location, email address, and other personally identifiable information. You do not have to be physically present in California to exercise this right provided you have a current California residence.
The right is subject to certain exceptions. For example, it does not apply to information we share on behalf of certain third-party service providers so that they can perform business functions for us on our behalf.
Opt-Out of Sharing Data
To fully opt-out of sharing personally identifiable information that is collected and (potentially) sold to third-party services, you have two choices:
1. Log into your account and opt-out of data sales from the Identity section
2. Fill out the opt-out form here.
