It won’t let me link my account, why not?

If you receive an error message about linking your account or you are unable to do so, no need to worry! This could just be your bank waiting for you to approve this link. Firstly, log into your bank account. You may see a popup/alert from your bank telling you someone was trying to access your account. Once you approve access, your card should be linked with Killi!
